- Receive Terms & Conditions:Â After submitting the form, you will receive the terms, conditions, and more detailed information via email.
- Complete & Return the Contract:Â Review and sign the contract, then return it to confirm your participation in the fundraiser. Please note that available spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Fundraise Page:Â Once confirmed, we will create your unique fundraising page, which will be live and ready to share with your supporters.
- Receive Funds:Â At the conclusion of the fundraising event, you will receive the funds raised through the art union.

Fundraising Income Breakdown
Australian Community Fundraising Partners Ltd has a business plan that provides the maximum possible funding from raffle ticket sales to the fundraisers. After ACFP pays bills and operating costs, GST and taxes, all the rest of the income is distributed to the fundraising groups.
This $30,000 raffle for fundraising in Muswellbrook and the Upper Hunter has the income breakdown as follows.
