is a Not-For-Profit (Zero Profit)
Charitable Fundraising Organisation. 

We fundraise for and provide funding directly to
small Community Groups, Teams, Clubs, Schools, Charities and Charitable Causes who may be finding it hard to fundraise enough or at all due to their size, location and reach.

As a Zero Profit Organisation ACFP takes no payments,
has no held bank accounts or investments for profit.
We are run and managed completely by volunteers,
and 100% of any donated funds are passed on to the intended cause.

We are not supported by any other companies or Charities for any financial input.
We are not backed up by any large, self-profiting gambling or financial organisations.

We do not allow our volunteers to come from any highly paid (directors or otherwise) roles from any associated entities as this would be a conflict of interest.
Our volunteers have other real jobs outside of our network of associated entities.

We do not employ or pay commissions to any other parties for sales, referrals, cold-calling or any activities as such.
We believe in the network of our benefiting fundraising partners and as such ALL of those commissions are paid as donations to our partners as the extra fundraising they should be receiving for their cause.

Our partnership along with this website is run by Australian Community Fundraising Pty Ltd, which means that we are able to provide a massive 65% of the income from ticket sales directly to the partner responsible for that sale, with NO extra costs.
Any applicable taxes, if required at all, are paid by each partner on the donations and sponsorship they receive from the sale of their tickets on this website.

$10 ticket breakdown:
$6.50 to your chosen cause
$1.50 prize pool
$1  GST
$0.11c to $0.55c is 1.1% to 5.5%
charged by CommBank as online payment fees,
out of the remaining $0.45c to $0.89c we pay any employees and costs for running of the raffles and
Community Art Unions.

The online payment merchants – CommonwealthBank and PayPal – take their payments, up to 5.5% for payment processing, out of the 10% of funds allocated to operational costs and expenses paid to ACF P/L; out of which ACF P/L receives less than 8.9% to pay for all costs incurred to operate this repetitive Community Art Union and Raffles.
ACF P/L also pays all other cost for both ACF P/L and ACFP Ltd, including applicable Tax to the ATO.

ACFP Ltd supplies the prizes out of the held 15%.

We have a transparent, open-book policy.

You will be able to see here on this website where ALL our funds have come from and are going to (causes, fees, taxes, bills, wages, advertising, etc) and the links where you can double-check us through the registered government and legal organisations who audit us.

WE ARE NOT A REGISTERED CHARITY 

Unfortunately, in order to have charity registration with the ACNC, we would be forced into a very narrow window of who we are allowed to fundraise for.
We felt this was not aligned with our business model as we must be available to assist with fundraising, scholarships, grants, and donations to all of our Causes, small or large: Community Groups, Teams, Clubs, Schools, Charities and Charitable Causes!
We do, however, follow all the same rules and regulations, and auditing by independent auditors… Plus an open books policy on this website to show complete transparency which you would not find on ANY other fundraising, charity, or charitable entities website.
