An Overview.
For descriptive purposes:
Where the word ‘raffle’ is used, this also covers an ‘art union’
Where the word ‘art union’ is used, this also covers a ‘raffle’
A ‘raffle’ is where the prize pool is $30,000 or less
An ‘ Art Union’ is where the prize pool is over $30,000
ACFwithACFP’s fundraising plan is to run ongoing Community Art Unions, where the prize pool grows from the sale of tickets over the minimum 300,000 tickets sold.
Tickets are $10 each, so this prize pool is collected from only 10% of the sales income.
(A further 10% is held to supply the Weekly Bonus Draws ~ $400,000; Subscription Supporter Draws ~ $300,000; and Schools Bonus Draws ~ $300,000)
The prize pool in the Major Community Art Union will start at $300,000. As more tickets are sold, the pro-rata prize pool will increase.
See the table below on this page for more information and full transparency of prize funding breakdown.
Fundraising Partners will receive their fundraising funds on a fortnightly basis for the previous fortnight, 12-14 days after the previous fortnight ended, deposited into their bank account with a full report of sales amounts.
The fundraising partner will receive your details unless you opt OUT to have your email address NOT shared to their mailing list at the time of purchase or by email to ACF/ACFP/Partner at any time.
All financial transaction information is taken by the processing bank, CommBank Simplify, and neither ‘ACFwithACFP’ nor any fundraising partners will EVER have any access to your financial information.
CommBank Simplify Payment System is a secure and trusted system, guaranteed and backed by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

unsuccessful raffle distribution clause:
If in the unlikely event that less than 30% of total tickets in any raffle are sold, the prize pool that has been saved up pro-rata, apart from the Weekly Bonus Draws and Subscription Supporter Draws that may have already paid out prizes, will be distributed equally among all the causes signed up as benefiting partners in that raffle.
At 30% sold the prize pool will contain $300,000. Anything less than 30% sold will be distributed as per this clause.
Customers are not entitled to a refund as 70% of their ticket cost goes as a donation to their chosen cause 2 weeks after ticket purchase, with the ticket already having had a chance to win in the bonus draw during the week of purchase.
Purchase rules state that there are no refunds.

When using PREZZEE online digital gift cards, there is no fee to us or the winner.
*NOTE* If in the future we are required to use physical cards then the prize amounts will change to cover the $25,000 needed to supply 4000 physical gift cards.
