Official Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This raffle is conducted by Australian Community Fundraising (ACF), ABN 32172443045, for Australian Community Fundraising Partners Ltd (ACFP Ltd), ACN 638238301, on behalf of New South Wales Blackball (BAPA), ACN Â 666 649 207.
Registered address: Muswellbrook NSW.
All proceeds from this raffle will directly support the development of pool and cue sports in New South Wales, including programs for school-aged children, individuals with disabilities, and aspiring players seeking skill development and competition opportunities.
2. Raffle Authority
This raffle is conducted under the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 (NSW) and the Lotteries and Art Unions Regulation 2014 (NSW).

3. Eligibility
- Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Australia, aged 18 years or over.
- Committee members, employees, or contractors directly involved in administering this raffle are not eligible to enter.
- By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
4. Raffle Period
- Presale Period: Opens 3 November 2025 and closes 9 November 2025.
- During the presale, ticket bundle purchasers receive 50% extra tickets free.
- General Sales Period: Opens 10 November 2025 and closes 21 December 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST.
- The raffle will be drawn on Monday, 22 December 2025.
5. Ticketing
- Tickets are available online only at https://australiancommunityfundraising.com.au/
- Total number of tickets available: 40,000.

- Tickets will be issued electronically once payment is confirmed.
- Tickets are non-refundable, except as required by law.
To enter the raffle, participants must:
- Purchase a raffle ticket(s) on the website
- Provide their full name, contact phone number, and email address
- Pay the ticket price in full
- Retain their ticket confirmation email as proof of purchase

6. Prizes
The total main prize pool is $5,500, comprised of:
- 🥇 1st Prize – $5,000 cash
- 🥈 2nd Prize – $350 cash
- 🥉 3rd Prize – $150 cash
7. Draw Details
- The main raffle draw will take place on Monday, 22 December 2025, at 6pm NSW time, using a computerised random draw system (e.g., randomdraw.org or approved equivalent).
- The draw will be supervised by Australian Community Fundraising Partners Ltd representatives and may be witnessed by independent observers.
- All winners will be drawn at random.
·      The first 3 valid entries drawn will be the prize winners. 1st drawn will win 1st prize. 2nd drawn will win 2nd prize. 3rd drawn will win 3rd prize.
·      If an entry is drawn and deemed invalid, the next number drawn will be deemed the winner of that prize if its entry is valid.
·      The Promoter’s decision regarding the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Notification of Winners
- Winners will be notified by call on the live stream, and by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
- The names and localities (suburbs/towns) of winners will be published on https://australiancommunityfundraising.com.au/winners/and ACF’s official Facebook page.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 months of the draw, a redraw will occur as required by NSW Fair Trading regulations.
9. Prize Delivery
- Cash prizes will be paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account within 14 business days of verification.
- The promoter is not responsible for any delays or losses occurring after the prize has been dispatched.
10. Verification and Identity
- Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and residence before prizes are awarded.
- The promoter reserves the right to withhold prize payment until identity is verified.
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
11. Privacy
- Entrant information is collected solely for the purpose of conducting this raffle and related notifications.
- Personal data will not be shared or sold to third parties, except as required by law.
·      By entering this raffle, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information for the purposes of conducting and promoting this raffle.
·      Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at website.
·      Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, suburb, and photograph (if applicable) for promotional and publicity purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
·      Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter at email.
- The promoter complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
12. Limitation of Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity) arising from or in connection with:
- Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction
- Any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference
- Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected
- Any variation in prize value
- Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or technical malfunctions.
If for any reason this raffle is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the raffle, subject to approval from the relevant regulatory authority.
13. Cancellation or Amendment
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the raffle if unforeseen circumstances occur (e.g., natural disasters, technical issues, or regulatory directions), with approval from the relevant authority.
14. General conditions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who:
- Tampers with the entry process
- Submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
- Engages in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the raffle or the Promoter
The Promoter’s failure to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Entry into this raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
